    Note: Both options visit the same cities — just in different order. Stop 6 (Kampong Chhnang) is a side trip up the Tonlé Sap river — the cruise loops back to Phnom Penh afterward.
    Why the flight? Late February is low water season on the Tonlé Sap. The river is too shallow for the Aqua Mekong to reach Siem Reap by boat, so everyone flies from Phnom Penh instead (~45 min, included in the cruise package).
